Methods

How to make MALPUA RECIPE

1. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour,milk,one tbsp clarified butter,crushed cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
2. Make a smooth batter.
3. On a medium flame take a pan, and add sugar and water, bring it to boil bring into 1 string consistency.
4. Stir occasionaly.
5. Add cardamom powder in it.
6. Heat the clarified butter in a pan,reduce the flame to medium.
7. Add one spoon batter and cook till golden brown flip in between.
8. Strain and soak the malpua into the sugar syrup.
9. Garnish with silver varak.
10. Serve hot.
