Recipe Notes

Mango puree should be fresh so that it may not spoil the whole recipe. Frosting should be well whipped else it will melt after sometime.

Ingredients For Mango cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C.
  • 2. Grease the baking mould with oil and line it with parchment paper.
  • 3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
  • 4. Whisk powdered sugar and oil together till it becomes foamy and white in color.
  • 5. Add mango puree, vanilla essence and condensed milk to the sugar oil mixture.
  • 6. Mix this wet mixture in the dry flour mixture. Combined it well so that there are no lumps left.
  • 7. Transfer the batter to the cake mould and bake it at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
  • 8. Check it with a toothpick test.
  • 9. For frosting, mix whipped cream, sugar and vanilla essence. Frosting should be soft and whipped.
  • 10. Decorate the cake with frosting cream and garnish it with mango slices at the top.
  • 11. Mango cake is ready.
