Ingredients For Mango Coconut Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind together mango chunks and desiccated coconut in mixer.
  • 2. Add cashews, almonds and raisins and churn again.
  • 3. Mix all well with spoon.
  • 4. Boil milk and add sugar. Keep boiling on low heat till it thickened.
  • 5. Add milk powder and mango coconut mixture.
  • 6. Now add saffron threads soaked in milk.
  • 7. Mix well and add cornflour paste.
  • 8. Cook for a minute and switch off the heat.
  • 9. When it cools down, transfer in kulfi mould and freeze for 7-8 hours.
  • 10. Cut in slices and enjoy mango coconut kulfi.
