Ingredients For Mango Custard Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the mango. Cut it into pieces.
  • 2. Blend it and make mango puree. Reserve some pieces for Garnishing. Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 3. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add milk . Boil it.
  • 4. In a small bowl add custard powder and 2 tbsp milk. Mix it well.
  • 5. Put this custard mix in boiling milk. Stir continuesly to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat.
  • 6. Add sugar. When it starts thicken turn off the flame. Let it completely cool.
  • 7. Add mango puree. Mix it well.
  • 8. Transfer it in bowl. Garnish with mango pieces. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hr.
