1. You can store it in fridge for a week. 2. Mango pulp is bringht in color, so you can add orange food colour for perfect colour. Remember it is optional.3. Mango frooti consistency you can choose adding less water or more water.

Methods
  • 1. In wok, add ripe and raw mango pulp together
  • 2. Add sugar and 1 cup water in it. Cover the lid, cook for 10minutes until mango pulps become more soft. Switch off the flame. Let it cool completely.
  • 3. Now with the help of strainer, in large mixing bowl separate water from cooked mango pulp.
  • 4. Transfer cooked mango pulp in mixer jar, add ½ cup water in it n blend it into fine n smooth puree.
  • 5. To remove mango fibers or lumps filter the mango puree in the same vessel in which you separated water.
  • 6. Add remain water in it and mix all well. Taste the sugar if required so you can add sugar according to taste.
  • 7. So homemade mango frooti is ready to drink. Refrigerate it for 2 to 4hours. Chilled serve.
