Ingredients For Mango Idli recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee and roast cashew and keep aside. Dry roast semolina with little ghee till it's slightly brown and cool down.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients together and cover for 30 minutes .
  • 3. Heat water in idli steamer.
  • 4. Grease the idli mould with little ghee. Plase half cashew on each mould.
  • 5. Spoon the batter on top of the cashew and steam for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from steamer and left cool for 10 minutes. Remove from mould and serve.
