  • 1. First of all wash the mango, peel it and then cut it into pieces and put it in a mixer jar and grind it and prepare mango juice.
  • 2. Take this mango juice in a nonstick pan and add sugar. Then turn on the gas and stir the mixture. Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves. On the other hand, take a silicone mold and grease it with oil. We have to take oil without any kind of smell. Now after the suga
  • 3. Then boil the mixture till it thickens slightly. Then sieve the mixture so that if there is any mango juice or gelatin gult or resa, then it will be removed on sieve and the mixture becomes smooth. Now sieve the prepared mixture into a silicone mold to set. Place the mixture in the freezer to se
  • 4. The jelly will set in an hour. After setting, demold it and garnish it with cherries and serve it cold. Whether it is big or not, then everyone will like it. So enjoy jelly while not talking too much.
