Methods

How to make Mango kheer recipe

1. In a pan, pour milk boil it and till gets reduced by 50%.
2. Now add Nestle milkmaid and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. In a blender jar, add chopped Mangoes make a puree.
4. Let the milk come back to its room temperature, add mango puree
5. Now blend this all together. Refregerator for this for an 1 hour.
6. Now pour this into a cup Garnish it with edible colour balls and rose petals .
