Ingredients For Mango milk cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and chop the mango, blend it with 200ml milk and make a puree, keep aside.
  • 2. In a pan, add milk and let it boil, now add milkmaid and mix, low the flame and stir the milk.
  • 3. Now add mango puree and keep stirring till the mango gets mixed with milk, now add lemon juice and mix, it will help the milk to curdle.
  • 4. Keep stirring till the milk becomes thickens and starts to leave the sides of pan.
  • 5. Now take a tin or box and grease it with ghee, transfer the mixture in it, garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours cut it in desired shape and enjoy.
