Peel and chop the mango, blend it with 200ml milk and make a puree, keep aside.

In a pan, add milk and let it boil, now add milkmaid and mix, low the flame and stir the milk.

Now add mango puree and keep stirring till the mango gets mixed with milk, now add lemon juice and mix, it will help the milk to curdle.

Keep stirring till the milk becomes thickens and starts to leave the sides of pan.

Now take a tin or box and grease it with ghee, transfer the mixture in it, garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours cut it in desired shape and enjoy.
