At first, mix 1 table spoon gelatin in 3 table spoon water. Stir it well and then keep it aside for 5minutes.

Now heat/microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.

Make a smooth paste out of the mango pulp and add the heated gelatin mixture in it. Stir all well.

Now set a glass within a small bowl at 45 degree angle pushing papers at the bottom of the glass.

Half-fill the glass with the mango mixture in such a way so that the top of the mixture stays at an angle.

Keep this bowl along with the glass in refrigerator for 30 minutes. This will help the gelatin to be frozen.

Now, repeat the process again for the jelatin mixture; i.e. mix 1 table spoon gelatin in 3 table spoon water, stir it well, keep it aside for 5minutes and then heat/microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.

Mix the cream with the milk, beat well, heat till warm and then stir well after adding the gelatin mixture.
9.
Take the glass out of the refrigerator and let it stand straight on the floor.
10.
Pour the milk mixture on top of the mango mixture very slowly into the glass.
11.
Now again keep it in the refrigerator for 30minutes.
12.
Take out and serve as chilled with Mint Leaves On Top.
