First soak 2 tbsp of basmati rice atleast for 30 min and then grind it coarsely.Take heavy bottom pan and add milk to it bring it to boil by stirring in between till it starts becoming thick.

When you find milk is getting thick, add coarsely grind rice Next add sugar and keep on stirring continuously to avoid lumps.Next add mango pulp grind in mixer or juicer so that it will get mix well with phirni when it becomes more thick keep it to cool down completely.

Next take pie mould and crack biscuit into powder and add melted butter and mix it well now place this mixture into pie mould and press it nicely.Next pour the phirni garnish it with chopped dryfruits and keep again in fridge to chilled for atleast four hours and take out from the mould and serve.
