Ingredients For Mango pie ( No Oven Baking)

Methods
  • 1. First of all, cut the mangoes in cubes.
  • 2. Now add sugar and butter to the flour and mix it well.
  • 3. After that make semi soft dough by mixing water and keep it in the fridge for one hour.
  • 4. Now take half of the mango cube and keep it for cooking in the pan.
  • 5. Sugar and salt have to be cooked in mango till the sugar becomes slightly thick after mixing.
  • 6. Then take the rest of the mango cubes in a separate pan,
  • 7. mix cornflour and cook for a minute. Now take half of the dough and make it thin and roll it,
  • 8. making it one inch more than the pie mould in which the pie is to be made.
  • 9. Then by brushing butter in the mould, slowly set the pie sheet.
  • 10. The rest of the flour is also to be rolled thin and take out from it by making fine strips.
  • 11. Then take the cooked mango in the pie mould, make a design by applying strips from above.
  • 12. Then brush butter over the pie. Put a stand in the preheated pan and place the pie mould in it.
  • 13. Now cover the pan and let it bake in low flame for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • 14. Then let the pie to cool down and then serve the delicious mango pie.
