Ingredients For Mango salsa filled pinwheels sandwich recipe

Methods
  • 1. For salsa –dice the mango into small pieces. Add them to a bowl.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients of salsa together and gently mix. Store covered in fridge until ready to use.
  • 3. For pinwheels –heat, mango jam with 1/4cup water and cook on low heat ,stirring constantly for 2 minutes to make it spreadable.
  • 4. Remove the crusts from the bread. Flatten the bread lightly with a rolling pin. Spread each slice of bread with mango jam and top with ready Mango salsa .
  • 5. Spread the filling evenly with a knife. Roll up into a short cylinder. Wrap each roll tightly with plastic wrap.
  • 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before slicing. Unwrap and slice into 1 1/4-inch tea sandwiches.
  • 7. Mango salsa filled pinwheels sandwich are ready to serve.
