Ingredients For Mango Walnut Sheera Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly chop the walnuts and toast them in a pan do not over do it.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add the ghee, add in the rava and wheat flour and start roasting on medium flame. Keep roasting and stirring until the color starts to change and you get a good release of aroma.
  • 3. Now add in the sugar and mango pulp and stir quickly, at this stage while mixing add the water too.
  • 4. Keep stirring to avoid lumps and add in the toasted walnuts. Cook until the ghee separates.
  • 5. Serve immediately.Garnish with walnuts and fresh mangoes.
