Ingredients For Masala Aalu Puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take any utensil in which you can able to knead a dough and add all the ingredients.
  • 2. Mix well and by gradually adding water and knead a semi doft dough and keep aside dough for 15 minutes for rest.
  • 3. Divide dough in equal sized balls of a lemon like size.
  • 4. Roll Puris from all dough balls with the help of rolling pin.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 6. Deep fry all the Puris on medium flame until it becomes golden brown from both the sides of puri.
  • 7. Serve Hot with any chutney aur vegetable curry.
