Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and put it on heat.
  • 2. Add ghee, followed by ajwain and jeera. As it starts to crackle, add the gur and cook slowly on low heat, until it melts.
  • 3. Now add in rest of the ingredients, and mix properly.
  • 4. Take a square pan and pour in the mixture, and let it set for a while.
  • 5. Cut in small squares, when slightly warm.
  • 6. Take it out of the tin, when at room temperature.
  • 7. Masala gur is ready, it can also be stored in an airtight container.
