Take a big bowl, add semolina and curd, mix well and leave it for half an hour to rise semolina.

Now add all the rest ingredients, mix well and prelare a semi-thick batter.

Grease appe pan nicely.

Add 3/4 tsp of batter in every compartments of appe pan and cokk it on low flame for 5-5 minutes from both the sides by occasionally flipping it until it becomes golden from both the sides.
5.
Masala Semolina Appe are ready tk serve with yomato sauce or any drsired dip.
