Cut 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 2 chopped carrot and few green peas. Keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Kadai. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds let it crackle for few seconds.

Then add 1 chopped onion fry till it is brown in color. Add all the vegetables saute it for 2 minutes. Then add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp green chilli, ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 chopped tomato. Mix..well

Add 1/2 cup oats mix..well. Add water as needed. Cover and cook till it become dry. Once it is done sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. One it is done.
