Ingredients For Matar Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the poha poha for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds , when it starts cracking, add onion, potato, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • 3. When potato becomes cooked, add boiled green peas, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and sugar. Mix it.
  • 4. Now add soaked poha. Mix it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Serve it hot. Garnish with chopped onion.
