Methods

How to make Mavinkayi chitranna recipe

1. Rice cooked should be firm, each grain separate. Spread on a plate and let cool.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry urad and chana dal.
4. Splutter mustard, fry curry leaves.
5. Add groundnuts, fry till crisp.
6. Add green chillies, fry well.
7. Add coconut and salt, fry for a min.
8. Add mango gratings, mix well. Turn off heat.
9. Add rice, give a good mix.
10. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
