NOTE: In 1cup water add 1/3 cup sugar and mix well.

Ingredients For Mawa Cake

Methods
  • 1. Mix first four ingredients (dry) in the bowl (sieve them).
  • 2. Mix next four ingredients( wet) in another bowl and mix till fine texture.
  • 3. Now add bowl 1 items in bowl 2 gradually in 3 parts along with sugar water.
  • 4. Simultaneously add (sugar +water) mix in 3 parts.
  • 5. Mix well, there should be no lumps. Then add crushed almonds to it.
  • 6. Grease the mould and pour the batter in it.
  • 7. Top it with lots of almonds, cashews and raisins.
  • 8. Bake it at 180 degree C.
