Methods
  • 1. Take a pan (kadhai) and fry the mawa on medium flame, while stirring continuously.
  • 2. Add sugar to the mawa and stir well, add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 3. Check the mawa that the mawa balls have started forming, then remove the kadai from the heat and keep the mawa aside to cool down. And the mixture required to make Peda is ready.
  • 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Keep the tree in the palm and flatten it. Mawa Peda can also be made from the mixture of Mawa with the help of a mold.Place the prepared mawa peda on a plate/tray, repeat the process one by one. Delicious Mawa Peda is ready.
  • 5. Mawa peda can be stored in an air tight container and if the mawa is fried well then the peda will stay fresh for a month.
