Ingredients For Methi Mutter Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl and add flour, salt n oil and finely chopped Methi ( Fenugreek leave) n mix well n make soft dough.
  • 2. Take a mixture in jar and add in matar and chilli and grind it without water and make fine paste..
  • 3. Heat pan and add oil and add all spices in it and add matar paste in it and mix well n stir it nicely, cooked it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • 4. Turned off gas flame and rest it.
  • 5. Now take a small portion from dough and roll it than put stuffing on it n covered it. Now roll it again and put it in hit tava.
  • 6. Roasted it in both sides and apply butter on it..
  • 7. Served hot with curd or pickle..
