Ingredients For Methi Spring onion paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a parat ( big bowl) , add all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 2. Now gradually add water and knead soft dough.
  • 3. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 4. Heat tawa. Take small portion of dough, spread flour on the rolling board. Make parathas from the dough.
  • 5. Put it on hot tawa . Apply oil on both the sides. Cook it on medium flame.
  • 6. Serve it with butter .
