Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add milk powder and water and mix gently to a smooth lump free dough. Set aside for 10 mins.make small balls for 20 - 25 deep fry in clarified butter in low flame until golden brown and drop the same in the sugar syrup.
  • 2. Soak the gulabjamun in hot sugar syrup in 30 mins and serve.
  • 3. Take a pan add sugar and water boil for ten mins in a low flame add cardamom powder and mix well.
