Ingredients For Millet massala roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, finely chop the potatoes, onions, green chilies, green coriander and green garlic and wash them.
  • 2. Now take wheat and millet flour in a bowl, add all the spices and mix it and make dough.
  • 3. Now heat the tawa and make a ball of dough, grease a polythene with oil and roll the roti by pressing it lightly.
  • 4. Put the rolled roti on the hot tawa and bake it well by turning it from both the sides.
  • 5. Ready to serve hot hot millet masala roti serve with curd, butter or ghee.
