Ingredients For Mix Lentils Rice Masala Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, soak rice, methi dana and lentils for 3-4 hours.
  • 2. Now take all rice lentils mixture in a mixure jar and and grind it nicely and make a smooth and lumpfree batter.
  • 3. Add all the rest ingredient and 1 cup water in batter,mix nicely and batter is ready to cook.
  • 4. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • 5. Pour a full laddle of batter and spread evenly.
  • 6. Flip the dosa gently and pour 1 tsp oil over it and spread it nicely and by flipping cook well from both sides.
  • 7. Mix Lentils Rice Masala Dosa is ready.
