  • 1. First, wash the vegetables well and cut them into small pieces,
  • 2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables and stir them well.
  • 3. Now mix salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, cumin seeds one by one and add water to give a nice aroma.
  • 4. Water should be given in very little quantity and the vegetable is ready after one whistle.
  • 5. Serve with bread and it tastes amazing.
