Ingredients For Momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of refined flour and add some salt in it. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and stir it twice.
  • 3. Add all the vegetables in the pan and saute until it turns soft and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Make small balls of the dough and roll it . Fill the vegetable stuffing and fold its corner .
  • 5. Keep water in a Momo steamer to boil and steam the dumplings for almost 15 minutes or until turns translucent.
  • 6. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
