Ingredients For Moong dal halwa

Methods
  • 1. Soak dal for 1 hour
  • 2. Heat a kadhai add ghee and blended moong daal in it
  • 3. Mix well till the colour changes to light brown
  • 4. On other pan add sugar water and kesar syrup . Wait till it comes to boil and switch off the gas
  • 5. When the colour changes add the sugar water and mix on low flame
  • 6. Add all the nuts and serve hot
