Ingredients For Moong dal ka halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the moong dal . Now gradually add ghee . Roast on low healt until aroma is released.
  • 2. Gradually add milk . Stir continuously.
  • 3. Now add sugar and cardamom powder. and mix really well until combined.
  • 4. add a tbsp of ghee. Combine the ghee in the moong dal mixture and keep stirring for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 5. When halwa leave the pan turn off the flame .
