Ingredients For Multigrain Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients mix it well . Add 1 tbsp ghee .
  • 2. Gradually add water and knead tight dough. Keep it aside for rest .
  • 3. After 15 minutes again knead the dough. Dough becomes soft and smooth.
  • 4. Roll parathas from dough . Heat tawa slow cook the paratha from both the sides by applying ghee or oil.
