Boil water in a vessel and add noodles in it. Add salt and cook the noodles for 6-7 minutes When noodles are almost cooked, strain them and put some cold water on them to prevent them from cooking further.

In a non-stick pan, add oil and chopped onion, Saute them for about 1 minute on high flame. Now add chopped garlic and saute it for 30 more seconds on high flame and then add mushroom and cook on high flame.

Then add black pepper powder, salt and Schezwan sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now add noodles and keep mixing everything properly. Keep tossing the noodles properly. Mushroom Schezwan noodles is ready to serve.
