Seal mutabbaq very well don't press it with pressure other vise it can be open from any side.cook on slow flame so it will cook nicely from inner side and egg also will cook properly

Ingredients For Mutabbaq Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add flour,salt and 2 spoon oil mix it well add water and knead dough like regular roti dough.keep side for rest
  • 2. Put kadai on medium flame add 2 spoon oil add cumin seeds let get cracked.add boilled chicken minced and fry it
  • 3. Add spring tomatos and salt as per taste and cook it till tomato get cook well
  • 4. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.add spring oinon and mix it well
  • 5. Cook it for 2-3 min now add green chillies,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and mix it well
  • 6. Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well get off from flame.and let it get mixture cool
  • 7. Take 3 eggs add into chicken mixture and mix it well
  • 8. Take a dough divide into equal portion make balls of it
  • 9. Spread some flour on board flatten ball not so thin now keep 1 cheese slice in centre add 2-3 spoon of mixture in center and fold it from 4 side it will look like square
  • 10. Now put tawa on slow flame add some butter on it and cook mutabbaq from both side till get golden and we'll cooke
  • 11. Make all mutabbaq same as above .serve hot
