Ingredients For Nagpur Special TARRI POHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Tarri****** Take a wok heat oil in it . Add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute it on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. Add chopped tomato in it. Mix it . Stir continuously.
  • 3. Add all the dry spices. Mix it.
  • 4. Now add boiled chickpeas along with water.
  • 5. Cook it 4-5 minutes on low medium flame. Tarri is ready.
  • 6. For poha**** Wash and rinse the Poha . Keep aside until water is soaked and Poha becomes fluffy.
  • 7. Take a wok heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add green chilli and onion. Saute it till onions become light brown.
  • 8. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder , mix it well.
  • 9. Add soaked Poha in it . Mix it well and Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes . Turn off the flame.
  • 10. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 11. Take a serving plate . Put 1 ladleful Poha. Spread spicy chiwada and nylon sev. Set with hot tarri.
