Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee until warm keep it aside
  • 2. Mix all dry ingredients include baking soda and excluding powder sugar
  • 3. Add powder sugar in cool melted ghee and whisk with double beater,a fluppy texture come
  • 4. Add dry ingredients mixture in fluppy mixture
  • 5. Mix well ,take a small portion of the dough,roll it with hands to make round balls
  • 6. Press it lightly to make a flat cookies
  • 7. Garnish with pistachio,press it a bit on the top of cookies with the help of water drop
  • 8. Place these on a greased tray so over a baking paper
  • 9. Bake the nankhatai at 180 deg c for 10 minutes
  • 10. Nankhatai is ready
