1.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry half green chillies, garlic and ginger for about a minute.

Add boiled, drained and squeezed soya chunks and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat a bit and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix well till all the soya chunks are coated properly.
4.
Add the fresh cream and mix it well. If you think its too thick, add little milk.
5.
Cook for about 3 minutes on a low heat and then add lemon juice along with remaining green chillies. Now cook for a couple of minutes.
