Ingredients For Nimbu Soya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry half green chillies, garlic and ginger for about a minute.
  • 2. Add boiled, drained and squeezed soya chunks and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Reduce the heat a bit and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix well till all the soya chunks are coated properly.
  • 4. Add the fresh cream and mix it well. If you think its too thick, add little milk.
  • 5. Cook for about 3 minutes on a low heat and then add lemon juice along with remaining green chillies. Now cook for a couple of minutes.
  • 6. Once done, serve hot.
