How to make Oatmeal whole wheat chocolate chunk muffins Recipe

First take instant Oats or rolled oats. Put it in a blender and make it a fine powder.

Transfer to a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, jaggery powder and mix all ingredients well.

Now make a well in the centre add in vanilla essence, oil, milk, vinegar and mix all the ingredients well in cut and fold method but do not over mix. Then add curds and mix again.

Now grease silicon muffin moulds pour in 3/4 of the batter add chopped choco chunks and drizzle powdered orange Marie biscuit and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
