  • 1. Cut a apple in pieces. Now take a bowl put oats, apples, and seedless dates.
  • 2. Now add half cup milk to it and let it soak for 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Now put it all in mixer jar and add the remaining milk and cinnamon powder in to it and grind it well.
  • 4. Healthy Oats Apple Smoothie is ready! Serve it cool.
