Ingredients For Oats kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottomed pan.
  • 2. Heat ghee in the pan. Add oats in the pan.
  • 3. Stir well and saute fir 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
  • 4. Then add milk and sugar. Mix well.
  • 5. Simmer kheer for 2-3 minutes on a low flame till the oats get soften.
  • 6. Add Cardamom Powder and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  • 7. Garnish with sliced almonds. Serve hot or chilled.
