Ingredients For Oats Muthiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a jar add oats and grind it.
  • 2. Take a bowl add oats.
  • 3. Add Suji, besan,grated bottle gourd.
  • 4. Add garlic and ginger green chillies paste.
  • 5. Add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt,curd.
  • 6. Add oil and pinch of soda.
  • 7. Now mixed all ingredients properly.
  • 8. Add water as required .
  • 9. Mixed it make a dough.
  • 10. Take a steamer add water bring to boiled.
  • 11. Take a plate apply oil .
  • 12. Make a medium size of ball and steam it 10minutes.
  • 13. Now cool down.
  • 14. Cut into pieces.
  • 15. Make a tadka
  • 16. Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 17. Add Mustard seeds, sesame seeds, hing, curry leaves.
  • 18. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  • 19. Fresh coriander and mixed it.
  • 20. Add steam Muthiya and mixed it
  • 21. Sprinkle fresh coriander.
  • 22. Served with chutney
