Ingredients For Palak Aloo Ka Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,boiled palak / spinach and salt.
  • 2. Knead to make a soft dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  • 4. Make an equal size balls.
  • 5. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  • 6. Flatten the balls into thick round parathas.
  • 7. Grease a pan with little clarified butter / ghee and heat on a medium flame.
  • 8. Palak aloo ka paratha is ready to eat.
