Firstly add spinach puree and after that add water as per the requirement to make a dough for making paratha

Methods
  • 1. Blanch spinach
  • 2. Add spinach,onion ,green chilly and make a paste
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
  • 4. Make a layered paratha
  • 5. Cook on the tawa and apply ghee both sides
  • 6. Serve with curd,pickle and tea
