How to make Palak Paratha | Spinach Paratha Recipe
1.
Heat kadai and add refined oil(3 tbsp).

Then add chopped green chillies & garlic. Fry till golden brown.

Add spinach, salt(1tsp), cumin powder(1tsp), red chilli powder(1tsp).

Add garam masala (1tsp). Fry till water dry.
5.
Switch off the gas and let it cool then blend it.
6.
After blending add wheat flour, salt & carom seeds to the blending stuff. Then mix it well.

Add water & make a dough. Cover it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, make equal sized balls.
8.
Flatten a ball & add flour over the paratha as needed to prevent stickiness. Apply refined oil inside the paratha.
9.
Seal it properly and roll into paratha.
10.
Heat a tawa until hot enough. Transfer a paratha to the tawa.
11.
When the paratha begins to get bubbles over it. Flip it to the other side and cook until golden spots appear. Then apply refined oil/ ghee to both sides of the paratha.
