First blend Palak ginger garlic paste and little salt in a blender and cook it for 3 minutes.

Now add the roasted rava little by little constantly stirring it so that it does not form lumps.

Cook till it becomes thick.Taste the salt at this stage if needed add and mix well.

Now add raisins and give it a mix. It will give a flavour of sweetness to the salty dish which gives it a kick.

Now for topping mix in onions coriander, tomato, green chilli, lime juice, salt to taste and mix well. Keep aside.

Take ghee spread on the tawa lay the bread then over that the Palak rava mixture too it with salad close and cook on low flame for one minutes. Then open and flip the bread and cook it for two minutes again. Serve hot !
