Ingredients For Paneer Capsicum Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add paneer cubes, curd, salt, lemon juice, ghee roast paste and marinate it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan, add oil and sauté the capsicum for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Then add the marinated paneer and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
  • 4. Adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
