Firstly gatherd all the ingrients ,now tack a pan add ghee or butter and add cashew n fry till golden brown .remove from pan

Now same pan add 1sp oil n add cumminseeds when crackel add onion sliced and soute for a 5minute .

Add whole spices ,green chili ,salt n dry spices .saute for a minute till aroma .

Now add roughly chopped tomatoes add littil water n cook untill tomatoes became soft ..add some roasted cashew .

Now switch off the flame n cool down once cool then grind it in grinder..

Now tacke same pan add 1tbsp butter add turmric pwdr,and red chili pwdr after 1sec add grinded gravy ..add kasuri methi crushed saute for a minute .

Now add panner pices , fry cahew and fresh cream or mlai after 2minutes add 1cup of water and cook untill paneer became soft ..switch off the flame ..Add shahi paneer masala

Ready ymmi curry for serve ..Garniah with cream n green coriander serve in a bowl and enjoye with naan or roti ..
