Add mashed potato along with red chilly powder, onion green chilly, grated ginger, salt, methi leaves, coriander leaves and roasted peanuts and mix well. Grate the mozzarella cheese and add paneer and pomegranate seeds and mix well and stuff into the potato and methi balls. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness. Heat oil in a pan shallowfry in hot oil until golden in color Always cook in medium flame, drain extra oil in paper napkin. Serve hot
