Take a large bowl, add cottage cheese/paneer,boiled potatoes, sattu, green chilly, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, amchur powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste,fried onion, coriander leaves, corn flour and salt and mix well

Divide the dough into equal size balls. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.

Heat clarified butter in a non stick pan. Place the paneer sammi kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides. Serve hot with ketchup
