Methods
  • 1. First of all wash and boil the fenugreek seeds. until it blooms. It will be ready by boiling in 10-15 minutes. Now filter it, and wash it with water 2-3 times. Without touching.
  • 2. Now heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin. Now add all the spices and some water.
  • 3. Now beat the curd well and add it. And add some water and stir till it comes to a boil. Now add cinnamon. Now bake the papad.
  • 4. Now cut it into pieces and mix it in the fenugreek. and mix. Add coriander leaves on top. Papad daanamethi ki sabzi is ready.
